I’ve been repping the Body Shop ginger sensitive shampoo for years until they shut - the only thing my drama queen scalp would like! So happy to say the Sans Balancing Hair Wash is so amazing - gentle, cleansing, smells great. So stoked!

This is the best shampoo I’ve ever used. Other shampoos say that they’re ph balanced for the scalp, but I find it’s usually ph balanced for hair, so my scalp will overcompensate and produce more oil. The combo of the shampoo and conditioner is really perfect

Hair feels so soft after using this even after swimming in the pool.

The combination of this shampoo with the nurturing conditioner works well on my hair (salt and pepper, fine strands but lots of them). Balancing shampoos can be stripping but this formula is thorough yet gentle. This is my second bottle and I’ve gone for the 500ml size this time - committed!

I love this product and have been using it for years now. I previously found it so hard to find a shampoo that would give me soft and silky hair without irritating my scalp.

Really happy with this shampoo, it cleared up my red itchy scalp and my hair is feeling a lot healthier. Directions say to wash twice but I’m finding once is enough for my hair, it has a good lather and hair feels clean after.

I was using the nourishing shampoo but have switched to balancing shampoo to address oily roots. My hair is thinning and can be frizzy/coarse. After only one wash I am very happy with this shampoo. It doesn’t weigh my hair down.

This product is great for my dry and frizzy hair . You need so little for great results and as all sans product it feels so natural and soft

My normally oily hair is looking and feeling so much nicer and less oily. My scalp isn’t itchy and flaky!

This is one of the best natural shampoos I've tried. It leaves my hair soft, silky, without frizz, and really healthy. I've tried so many different shampoos and fell in love with this the first time I used it at a spa. After a few times, I decided to switch to this, and my hair is so much better!

This shampoo gives my fine hair softness and volume without weighing it down. Most importantly my sensitive scalp and skin (remember your shampoo washes over your whole body in the shower) are happy and it smells great. I should also add the team are amazing! I recently had an issue with delivery and they were super responsive and just all round decent human beings. My Sans collection continues to grow xx
